Food Pics

The seldom seen clean baby :)When he's eating, the prize is capturing the spoon. I figure he's earned it after eating his veggies :)I love how he's pressing his toe on the edge of the bumbo tray.

Paper! yes please.

Temps got below zero last week. This snuggly suit was very necessary!
Marcus is getting better at pushing himself up while on his tummy. I'm sure it's making things more fun for him too!

Comparing Rice Cereal to Carrots

Marcus is getting pretty good at eating rice cereal. He actully likes it.

I gave him pureed carrots last night and he had a much different response! This video was too long to post in one shot, so I broke it up into segments.

I gave Marcus carrots for two nights. The first night he was not very happy about it but I think the orange color kept him interested. The second night he wouldn't even open his mouth. He wasn't going to fall for that again!! I have since changed to acorn squash which didn't go over very well either. So I've started mixing it with the rice cereal and sneaking it in. Which is going well. I guess I'll slowly remove the cereal as he will let me.

Rolling Over

Marcus rolled over for Aunt Amy while she was here. He had a wonderful time showing off for her!! He's rolling over a little more each day. Watch Tubby out he's almost mobile!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time with the Marlin's on Thanksgiving. They are great about opening their home up to all the orphans on the holidays! Plus Marcus is in heaven when he's watching all the big kids play.

Marcus had his surgery the day before. He did really well considering what he was going through. Thank goodness Amy was here. She is such a fun auntie for Marcus to play with. And so much more than a helping hand.
